Odd enough I would say

ok here's what it does

if I don't boot my computer in safe mode it automatically restarts and when I do and scan it gets to a point and shutsdown the computer

I have tried hacking the file it gave me and it seems to be fine but the one after has a two in it's bionary code (for those who don't know in bionary twos are immpossible for exicutting any process what-so-ever it's also what programs put into your computer to completly destroy it) Anyways I tried to fix destroy and qauritine it and every time accsess is denied

as I have heard it's not actually a virus but a mutated (spyware or adware) application

most antivirus' don't scan for add ware or spy ware so I use spy sweeper

if anyone can help it would be a great deed

Boot from floppy

copy working version of file from another working computer to broken computer

Windows XP recovery console doesnt like you doing a lot of stuff - hence why you get the access denied message
