Hello, I seem to be having some problems.

When I load up my computer in regular mode one of my cpus( its a dual core) shoot up to 100% leaving my total system resources at 50%. Also I have strange server tools loaded under one of my svchosts. for example dhcp, dmserver, hiserv, lanmanworkstation, netman, seclogon, and a slew of others all under one svchost.
I have run avg antispy , and avg, and xoftspy, and regcure. I have tried runnning the pandasoftware online scanner and it always gets stuck on the same file, which I can't recall right now.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
