When logging out as Admin, I get a brief message about a failure to initialize a program called Web Noun residing in a folder called Debugsiteflawtray. Other files in this folder (all applications) are called 1Bike Dent, 2IsoBend, 3Memo Media, 4meta long, flaphole and link eggs. Anybody know what this is? The folder is a sub of C:\Documents & Settings\All Users\Application Data. Before I flame the heck out of this folder, I want to make sure I'm not missing something.

Try to "securely delete" the folder before permanently deleting it. It is probibly adware so I wouldn't worry about it.
