ntoskrnl.exe is blocked by Sygate Personal firewall. I looked at the traffic log and that's what it shows. However, when I look at what "Applications" I have blocked (or not) it's not listed. So why is Sygate blocking it? Isn't this an integral part of Windows?
Thanks for the help. The link u provided has one member (and only one) saying it's safe to allow it. He doesn't explain why. Above comments show a possible relationship to a virus hence going against the 'allowing". Regardless my question remains, "Why is Sygate blocking it? Should it be doing so?
