I am not sure what has happened. This morning I log on and Norton email will not load and I cannot connect to the internet. I get passed around everywhere I call and finally get to h/p. This guy has me do a system restore and now I cant get into the system at all. I get the error message NTLDR is compressed, press ctrl+alt+delete to restart. I do and it takes me back to this message. Any help would be appreciated!!

that's a major file for win xp. If you don't have it or it can't be accessed, yuo will have problems. The WIN XP CD can help, if you never made a start disk from the original XP install.
