I am sure someone out there is familiar with this, One of the Norton Utility/Software allows you to rename the Recycle Bin and after you installed it named the Recycle Bin to "Protected Recycl Bin" I can't think of that Utility at this moment, and I don't want to do a complete install but I just need that Utility.
