I am sure someone out there is familiar with this, One of the Norton Utility/Software allows you to rename the Recycle Bin and after you installed it named the Recycle Bin to "Protected Recycl Bin" I can't think of that Utility at this moment, and I don't want to do a complete install but I just need that Utility. The major reason why I want it is because I can Empty protected file... please help. thanks

Norton utilities, which is now a part of systemworks http://www.amazon.com/

norton protected recycle bin was also a part of
norton antivirus professional 2003.
