Have a friend who has Norton Security and just installed Yahoo Mesanger which Norton won't allow on.

Open Norton & look for something like Exclusions & unblock.

If you are using Norton Internet Security then Open Norton, Then go to the Personal Firewall Section and Click on Configure... Go to the Program Tab and in there look out for a section that has many programs listed there... In there Look out for Yahoo and You will know what to do there once you reach there...
