Norton not finding my virus

Well I have a virus, and my norton is not finding it, i keep getting this error message saying that a worm.win32 has been detected on my pc and some other saying that some internet attack and that i should run a full scan, I had to go back to my system restore to get my taskbar back, but I cant go on my Task admin, it says that it has been bloqued by and admin,and the first time this happened it opened like 50 internet explorer pages, but i was not conected to the internet please someone help

That's definitely malware of some sort. I would suggest scanner with http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ if you can. Otherwise, if you can go back with system restore you might end up having to reinstall. I would also try Spybot S&D as well.
