Legally speaking you shouldn't. Otherwise it will be running in direct violation of the license agreement (EULA) of the software.

I have since ordered Norton Security 2007 Upgrade from amazon. They have sent me Norton Security 2007 not the Norton Security 2007 Upgrade. Is there a difference? Can I use this package to upgrade my current norton 2005? or do I need to return package for refund? My current norton expires today.
