Norton AV - whats going on!?

I recently found a backdoor on my computer - BKDR_SDBOT.A .

Norton did not find this but through running housecall I was able to detect it. Anyway, I thought I had removed it but now its back.

There are 2 files, 894kB each (no extension, no info) that keeps appearing in the documents and settings\ [my username]\local settings\temp

When I try to scan these files with Norton AV the program shuts down!

What to do?

Is this the IRC-Sdbot that you're talking about?

I looked at both nai and symantec, and this is the only thing I found:
