Wel.... When nortona attempts to do anything it just says "norton has encountered an internal program errore please un-niostall and install" ive done this a least 5 times now but it still says it any one help me?

What you describe usually happens when you have had a previous version of NAV installed. If this is indeed the case, get Symantec's removal tool rnav2003.exe and use it to remove the previous version entries in your registry and system. HTH
