Norton 04 no update, app running

When I try to do a live upe date of Norton 2004 it tells me there is a app already rinning. I have been tring for the past couple days, I did not have this problem in the past, I have not changed/added anything in the system.

Do you have the NAV Liveupdater running in your task tray (located on the bottom right corner next to the clock)?
