no task Manager

I do not have a task manager just Task Manager has been disabled by administrator. I do not have a start button. Please Help.

There is a possibility that Task Manager has been blocked by
virus. Check the link for alternative task manager launch options:

winbutton + r
regedit.exe (or xp equivilent)
navigate to task manager in your registry
set disable taskmgr value to 0
and it should be enabled
