Hello..... I am urgently trying to fix my sisters computer for over two weeks and can't find a solution. I've been searching all over the internet but yet can't fix the problem. So frustrating.....I have several problem. 1. There is no start menu, so all I can access is through task manager. 2. No task bar or recycle bin. ONLY the wallpaper. 3, No right click. 4. I cannot end explorer.exe because its says access has been denied. 5. CdRom is not working neither..:(., 6. I scanned my computer with AVG and found numerous infections. Trojan Horse, Trojan agent especially on explorer.exe. But antivirus seems to not eliminate it. 7. No control panel. 8. Yet! Im about to go crazy with this computer!! I don't know what to do! I think it might be a virus but I don't really know. I have also scanned it with Adware. I've tried logging in safe mode, as administrator and still the same problem. I don't have the recovery cd. Pleaseeeee can someone tell me what is going on with my computer or what can it be? I will really apreciate any help...
