Hi, I find that I have the following problems:
1) Keep getting operation timed out from webpages and especially from this spinbox.versiontracker.com or Document contains no data

2) I cant double click some of my exe files and thus is unable to run my CD-label program. I can't run Norton as well.
I also can't launch any media programs from double clicking on the file.

3) I got MSN 6.2 signed out automatically and sometimes can't manually sign in back.

4) The last time I run a check using Norton's scanner, W32.Erkez.B@mm was not found. Now I can't even launch HiJackThis.exe.

In my last resort, I installed Avast to replace Norton, install Spybot S&D 1.3, TrojanHunter 4 (but it can't seem to delete the scanned files), XoftSpy.

I tried downloading the symantec fix to solve the W32.Erkez.B@mm, but my system is not infected with W32.Erkez.B@mm.

Also how do I unistall Norton's Liveupdate? I can't launch my Task Manager by CLT+ALT+Delete or by running them.

What do I do??
I am desperate.
Thanks

hmmm....1st of all I think XoftSpy is full of spyware bad spyware removal programs

Did you do all these steps with Spybot S&D

Make sure to up-date it before using it.
1-Check for problems
2-Fix Problems
3-Immunize

It sounds like you have alot of spyware problems and hopefully this will help

Also Avast! works really well, I've used it for over a yr now.
You may also wanna try Stinger it finds spy and adware also....HTH

If you need a simple solution, try mine. I try to give advise on things that have happened to my PC. Changes in registry can be FATAL! Glad to have a chance to help you.

Maybe try a system restore, and also try defragging your drive, that may help.
