I'm having trouble diagnosing a problem with my PC. It will power on, all fans run, All led's appear correctly. However, There is no video and no bios beep. I've tried reattaching the video card, ram and all the connectors I can see. I've removed the mobo from the case to see if there was a short. Aside from attempting to swap ram, video card or power supply. I've tried booting with just the essentials attached and nothing. I think i've done everything I can do. Is there something I'm missing. I'm going to get some ram to swap shortly. Should a system beep without a video card installed? I might be able to round up a video card to swap, but probably not a power supply. I really hope this isn't the mobo itself, but i'm baffeled.

Make sure you have the 4 pin connector plugged in the motherboard, look around to see if the motherboard requires it. It can also be a processor issue.
