No Bargains for me

Every now and then when I load IE (usually use Netscape), I immediately get prompted to install Bargain Buddy. I then have to click 'no' that I don't want to install, and then 'yes' that I'm sure. The only removal instructions I've found on the net deal with the whole program (which I don't have, so I don't have any of the files they mention). Might anyone know how I can track down what's generating this install prompt? I may have to go ahead with the install and then go about removing it, but I'd rather just get rid of the prompt.
Just to add... my homepage in IE is Google (so either Google's generating the prompt, or it's something on my system)

Do you use Adaware or SpyBot to check for spyware? They are the easiest way to prevent spyware without messing the system up, and both are free. Each program will keep the deleted files in quarintine, just in case you need to restore something, should you get to aggressive in your file deleting.
