Hi, I need help figuring out what might have happened to my computer since now People PC Online won't let me access Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera. All I get is an error message telling me that for some reason I might need to check the network connection or proxy server. I have no idea what's going on. Also my Norton Internet Security has been disabled and shows missing files or corrupt. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Have you entered the safe mode ro run a virus scan using Norton. If the system is infected you probably will have to turn system restore off, restart and enter the safe mode again to run another scan. When the system is clean, you can turn system restore back on. If NIS is completely corruped and you cannot remove it and do a new installtion, you will need to use Symantec's removal tool available here
