Since I scanned my pc with Spybouncer, no access to Control Panel, My Docs, My Computer etc. Got this message - Dr Watson Debugger has encountered a problem
and needs to close. Error message reads - C:\DOCUME~1\ELIZAB~1\Locals~1\Temp\WER9d78.diroo\drwtsn32.exe.mdmp. Also appcompat.txt Scanned again with Spybot - no change. Can anyone help a complete novice.

Try cleaning your temp files.

Also run a couple of virus scans, have them set to auto fix.

Run this too!

Now we get rid of Spybouncer, it made the crap list.

Q: How do I uninstall SpyBouncer?

A: To uninstall Spy Bouncer please do the following:
1. Close Spy Bouncer if it is currently running
2. Go to your start button/programs & click SpyBouncer and then uninstall.
3. You can also Uninstall SpyBouncer from the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs utility.
Or you can manually delete the folder c:\program files\spybouncer.

Hello again, You are going to wish you'd never heard of me lol. I have no access to My Computer to create a folder for Hijack This.
Tried going through Windows Exp. by R clicking the start button - it freezes then I get the Dr Watson message again and have to ctrl-alt-delete to exit out then disconnect.
Maybe there's another way I dont know about, now that would be a first - I dont think.

Its driving Me crazy too, I don't have xp

Spybouncer suddenly appeared on my PC and blocks access to the Web. It got through firewall ZoneAlarmPro and CookieCop2. SpyBouncer an Anti_anti Spyware malicious threat, see PC Mag 22Feb 2005 pg 91 warning.
"SpyBuster business model" based on making potential customers MAD doomed to fail.
No way to remove this malicious threat, do not click on FREE scan button. SpySweeper failed to find it. SpyBot13 failed to find it. Deleting Temp files, disk cleanup internet temp files, Norton System Works, control panel add/remove panel and Start/Programs do not list SpyBouncer on menu, "FIND" utility found sbsetup.exe in Win98, and I deleted it but SpyBouncer continued to block Web access.
SB uses MSActiveX loop hole and hijaks MS internet Explorer. No way to uninstall IE by add/remove through control panel. So goto
MSDOS find IE and delete all IE files, then reinstall IE ver6 or reformat hard drive to wipe it clean and re install Win98 and you utilities. I am able to use the reformat method to wipe out SpyBouncer because I always partition my HD and install Win98 on the "LAST" partition instead of drive C:\, all working files are saved to the preceeding partitions, and are not affected by reformating last partition. Also, I have a duplicate backup HD and simply use WesternDigital disk copy to recopy and restore Win98 n last partition.
If there is another mathod to wipe out SpyBouncer let me know.

Hi guys. Thanks for all your input. Still haven't got rid of Spybouncer but came across another way to access Control Panel etc. for anyone who's interested.
'R' click Int Explorer
Properties
Advanced Tab
De select - enable third party browser extensions (requires restart)
Only downside I can find - Google toolbar vanishes. When I tried to download it again it states - your computer currently has Browser Helper Objects disabled. Google toolbar will not work.
Maybe someone has come across this.

Thats one reason I don't use the toolbar, when
you enable third party browser extensions
anything can get in and do what it wants.
