Comment:
newdotnet came bundled in a program I downloaded recently. I ran adaware and spybot until it was clean. I've deleted the _RESTORE folder. I ran an antivirus program. Is there anything else I need to do to make sure my system is clean? And what exactly is newdotnet? Is it a virus, trojan, malware, spyware or adware? Thanks for reading my message.

Thanks.
I used spybot and adaware to remove it. As for being old, I got a computer virus last year that was around since 1999. I wish I would've known about this website a few years ago, before I had my hard drive rebuilt. Half the programs listed as spyware, etc were installed on my computer... Oh well, you learn something new everyday. Thanks again.
