Happy New Year,
The last few days, and today especially, there seems to be a lot of buzzing about a new 'WMF Exploit' going around in the wild.
Any imput on this latest threat from anyone on this forum?
Thanks and regards,
Phil

Hi Bob,
I appreciate the two links.
I decided to go ahead and install the patch by Ilfak Guilfanov as recommended on Steve Gibson's "Shields Up" site.
However, as of now I have not 'unregistered' the 'shimgvw.dll' as a lot of folks are recommending because it is my understanding Ilfak's patch makes this step unnecessary.
Thanks and regards,
Phil
