New win32 virus, please help.!

Hello expert.
My computer is infected with 'new win32' and 'new poly win32' virus.. if i plug in my pen drive, on the other pc will detect 'w32/virut.n.gen' on it.. and i'm using mcafee antivirus...
i already format all my drive (already backup my file into my portable), and already reinstall window. (thought format all the drive could help).. then i install some program + mcafee antivirus + copy back my files in my fresh window, but mcafee still detect all my .exe program are infected with new win32 virus....
now i'm doing a scanning under safe mode using trend micro system cleaner... not sure will this help... (really confuse, already format but virus still there...:( )
