Hi. I think there is a new virus going around. It comes as attachement and executes when opened. Mine said "doc.html". It must have had another extension because I think it was a virus. There now appears a "taskmon.exe" in my taskmanager (taskmgr.exe) that uses 80% of processor. I am certain this is a virus. Any thoughts people? David

You have the W32Novarg (Symatec's name)/MyDoom (McAfee's name ) virus. Look down 4 postings to aosclay's post for the removal tool - and don't forget to thank him for it!!! This one could be a real pain in the days to come, I fear!

It is not a virus, it is worm and yes it is going around and will be all the talk this this week. KTTD
