If users, after running the latest versions of the popular removal programs, and with updated reference files, run their scans, and find things that won't be removed I would ask that the "offending file/s" be submitted to Submit Many thanks....this is one way the average user can help in the fight against the 'baddies'.

Thanks! Lavasoft took some real real hits when they were not providing updates for several months while they were developing the new program. I thought it might be due to a lack of resources, but I appreciate that they have come back with some great customer support. I would highly recommend that everyone subscribe to Lavasoft's newsletter. Have you replaced Mamabear?
