Anything spam blocking related is ok in my book.
One thing that pulls a dark cloud over these guys is this :
"the licensing of a set of headers"
Im not sure but i assume... they expect everyone using email to license a set of headers so there mail is "warranted" as not being spam.
These kinds of services never take off. It reminds me of the keyword search tool plugins [also known as browser hijackers] that sell keywords like "car" to anyone. Any user with the plugin will be directed to your site when the term "car" is typed in. Sounds great but good luck getting everyone to join in.
