Comment: I have many LANs offices and all LANs are connected through Cisco 3600 series routers and lease lines based (64 Kbps) WAN. When I am trying to find any computer on distant LAN by typing IP , after some time message " network path was not found" coming on my pc. Though link is up with good response time. Both machines are win98 and i also checked on NT too. Further same machines are detactable from other LAN but not my LAN. Pl suggest solution.

Reply: (edit)Try check: -Network definitions on both routers such as LAN,WAN and gateways. -Network definitions on workstations -Can workstations "see" local router ? - Trace route between routers, routers and workstations (where you stop ?) Seem's "your LAN" is not "knowledge" by the routers. Hope this can help. ART
