This is my third and final post here, I promise. Its a much refined question, I'll get straight to the point.

When I do a normal netstat with no parameters I get the following:

mypc:1026 localhost:44334 ESTABLISHED
mypc:1028 localhost:1030 ESTABLISHED
mypc:1030 localhost:1028 ESTABLISHED
mypc:1040 localhost:44334 ESTABLISHED
mypc:1043 localhost:1045 ESTABLISHED
mypc:44334 localhost:1026 ESTABLISHED
mypc:44334 localhost:1040 ESTABLISHED

I've looked up most of these ports, and found most of them have some sort of exploit attached. I also did a netstat -o and matched the PIDs up to my firewall. The only reason I'm really concerned is because I compared my results to a few friends/family, and they had no connections to localhost.

I can't seem to find any answers, and I really would rather not have to reformat. If anyone has any information or suggestions I'd be very happy.
