Solved Need powerful and reliable employee monitoring software

Specs: Windows 7
Hi there! I am looking for powerful and reliable employee monitoring software for work computers. There are about 30 employees in my firm. Frankly speaking, I have made a search on Google, and got lost of results. However, all of them are too expensive for me and over the budget. I need the monitoring software to capture screenshots and thus I am able to see what they are doing at anytime anywhere. Is there anyone out there who is currently using such kind of software? Looking forward to your reply as soon as possible! I am sorry if it is wrong section to post here. I am just a newbie!

First and foremost you need to consider the legal implications of spying on employees.

What does your company have in place by way of policy regarding the use of company equipment?

Does it align with legislature?

Are the employees well aware of company imposed penalties regarding the breach of policy (Have they signed off on their awareness of the rules)?

Are the penalties enforceable by local law?

Are you allowed to monitor employees to this extent?

There are many more scenarios which will probably be presented to you that should be seriously considered.

The laws on "monitoring" vary from state to state. Country to country. Be familiar with them. Don't get caught in a legal wrangle that could destroy a small to medium sized business.

I think you should focus on restriction.
