Need help with this (HJT log).

I've been getting a lot of popups lately. I looked through the list of programs on my computer and saw nothing (too) unfamiliar or that seemed to be bad. I ran Ad-Aware, but I'm still getting popups.
I was wondering if someone could help me with this HJT log I just made.
Err, well, I'm going to edit this and remove the log for now; it says the post could be removed if I ignore their warning of not posting a log unless an expert has requested it.
I'll post it if someone would be so kind as to help me analyze the log.

Oh yeah, I just wanted to add that when I start up my computer, there's some processes that are running in the background and I have no idea what they are. If I try closing one, it reappears or another one with similar names (similar as in they look like random letters and numbers) will pop up.
