Further to my post, the complete line listing from Hijack This for item 08 is as follows:"O8 - Extra context menu item: E&xport to Microsoft Excel - res://C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\Office10\EXCEL.EXE/3000" Should I check this item to be fixed? dreamaker That line in hijack is fine... Are you having specific malware problems? I don't know if I qualify as an "expert" here or not but any time I have asked for hijack log...they have not been deleted. If you are having crapware problems.. Download ad-aware and spybot. Update them and run their scans preferably while offline, and antivirus disabled to prevent conflicts. Let them remove what they find.
