My antispyware program picked up some spyware, but was unable to remove the files. When I try to manually delete the files I get the message "error deleting file or folder" and it says to "make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use". They are exe and dll files for the most part. There were several spyware programs that were detected and one of them was labeled "Marketscore.InternetAccelerator" with the following description .... "Marketscore is a proxy service that presents itself as increasing the speed of your Internet connection. It has the ability to redirect and decrypt any information transmitted between this computer and a web site."
Another spyware program that was detected is labeled as "LoudMarketing.Bridge/WinFavorites" and has this description.... "Bridge monitors your Internet browsing activities. It logs keystrokes and displays pop-up advertising."
Those are some of the spyware I have on my computer and the files for those programs are located in several of my folders including the Windows/System32 directory. I'm unable to remove any of them and in the meantime my computers security and privacy are compromised by this severe type of spyware. How do I get rid of these files?

Boot into Safe Mode (repeatedly press F8 at boot) and run your spyware software again, delete what it finds.
You may need to use Adaware SE , Spybot S&D and HijackThis to complete the job. The first two are available via links here
and HijackThis from here

Similar type of problem. NAV is finding scab.dll & ftpeula.dll - both Adware popup problems. How do I delete them? Spybot, Adaware, MS antispy, spysweeper, NAV dont do it. Can I use killbox.exe? Anyone had these problems with these dlls?

I'm still struggling with these dlls. Anyone seen this problem and knows how to fix please. My machine is doing all sorts of weird things - wont boot in safe, intermittent hangs etc. I dont know if these dlls are the root cause but I would like to get rid of them anyway. Please help!
