need help removing bad virus

Please tell me how this website works. I appreciate all the help I can get, but don't know how the support team works here. Each time I have posted to ask for help, somebody other than the moderators reply, and my message shows as answered. I'm sure they mean well, but I don't know if the "experts are getting my messages.

I have the virus iexplore.exe (System) and have gone to safe mode and run malwarebytes and hijackthis. This virus is running in task manager and eating up ram. I get pop-up when explorer is off, as well as background music. Iam and always have run AVG Free, as well as spy-bot and AdAware.

Sorry, I missed your post which is easy to do sometimes. If I do not respond to one of your post that I am requesting a scan/reponse to then alert me...should get my attention.

And, I am answering in your original post so please look there.
