need help bios proublem unable to clear toshi

Specs: Windows 7 home prem, core 2 duo

i have toshiba laptop satellite model#c655-s5049 tring to remove bios password its insyde
bios i allready removed cmos battery for 24 hrs didnt work
you are unable to boot or do annythang because it only promps for bios password
ive unsodered batterys before and fixed proublem but this time nothing
