Plse. help! The error message I keep getting when trying to run Live Update with the Symantec anti-Virus Corp ed. 8.0 sez, "LiveUpdate could not determine if there is an update for this product because the update list for this product is corrupted... Avenge 1.5 MicroDefs2 Corp has 1 aborted update(s)..."
The remedies offered by Symantec in the link that Abnormal provided above either didn't help or don't apply. Even tried to uninstall and reinstall.
Is there any way that this simply means, "No Update now?"
Also, does anyone know if it's possible with this edition to get updated definitions automatically when connected to the internet only through an ISP on a home computer? Thx!
