Norton Antivirus 2004 found 3 threats called adware.clickalchemy. Cannot be deleted. I have turned off system restore, rebooted and turned on system restore, scanned, still there. Have tried Panda scan..it found one other virus but not these 3. Tried Trend Micro scan...found no threats. What do I do now? Help pls
basically they are saying that adaware 6.181 will take care of this for you.

Start Windows in 'safemode' and run Norton again.
To get into safemode, start the PC and keep tapping the F8 key before the Windows spalsh screen shows. Use the keyboard arrows and the enter key to select safemode. The help screen will also open, you can just close this. Run Norton, then to get out of Safemode, just re-start the PC.
Post back if this worked for you (I'm confident it will).
