name of IE vulnerability?

There was this vulnerability where if you visit a certain website, it can keep a browser open on your computer, and the only way to kill it is to go to the task manager. It stays minimized on your task bar, and if you try to restore or maximize the window, it won't do it.
Anyone know what's it called? I remember finding a site about it and running a program that fixes it...now that i reinstalled my OS, i'm trying to find all the old tweaks i found...and i remember how annoying those hidden windows can be
