Mystery spy: ID help pls?

Have a new spy on the computer, but the only indication I get is 2 small dialog boxes, on login, that say either "dwn" or "done" on login (I have seen both). Ran SpyBot and AdAware, and they eliminated n-Case but the problem persists. Any help identifying?
