My URLs are getting redirected

Hey, I think I may have a redirect virus on my computer; whenever I click on a URL from the Yahoo search bar, I get redirected to a completely different site (Shopzilla and such). More recently I tried to download WIndows XP service pack 3 and got redirected to Google's site. I'm getting frustrated with getting redirected to URLs I don't want to go, I need some help with this.
