my pc has multiple trojans

Run these free programs: Ccleaner slim (no toolbar) Malwarebytes Then download avast free, install it and allow it to do a bootscan on reboot, move all it finds to the chest.
You say HJT can't remove the trojans, are they by chance in system restore? If so, turn off system restore and rescan. The above should work for you.

i turned off system restore but hjt still wont delete the trojans. i can't even delete any backup files including the backups of the trojans. These are the locations of two of the trojans are as follows C:\WINDOWS\system32\hgGvuvTL.dll and C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fcccaWOf.dll i know these are the locations because my antivirus which failed to delete or move them to quarantine told me so
