my laptop shuts down constantly

my toshiba laptop satellite a 275 is giving fits due to constant shutting down...every time i run a diagnostic it shuts down...over and over again and very unpredictable...wont let me run spybot...my cpu usage is very low...

If you are not running Spybot while in Safe Mode, then reboot into Safe Mode and try it. I know it can be a pain, but it is usually best to do the scans and cleaning in Safe Mode. Especially when you think there is an issue.
