my laptop log off itself

Everytime i tried to log in to my laptop, it will log off itself. what virus am i facing? what can i do to disinfect the virus without losing my data? please help me...

What made you so sure it's a virus? Constant rebooting are the usual symptoms of a HD going bad. To rule that out, can you boot to SAFE MODE?

i can't even boot the laptop coz when i typed in my password in the administrator account, it will log off itself. the guest account awas affected too.

Can you step back in time and tell us what you did just before this problem surfaced? Or did it just happen out of the blue?

after disconnecting from internet,i logged off my laptop for a while, then i tried to log in again and this problem began.

So it's all of a sudden & out of the blue. Laptops are difficult to fix. Suggest you take it to Acer authorized service center so as not to lose your data - a lesson that laptops are not ideal machine to store important data without burning it to external media such as CDs.. Its main purposes is mobility.

There is no need to assume this is a virus.
Reading the above it makes me wonder if you know how to get to Safe Mode. You tap F8 key whilst it is booting. You then get a menu from which you select Safe Mode.
Try it and see if you can get there.
