My internet explore 's home page can't not change . eveytime when I change the home page in the IE, but when I access internet it go back to that fixed address. I can't delet that addresss

Sounds like your browser has been hijcked.
Try downloading and running Hijackthis then look for browser helper (HBO)with a name like the page that is loading and delete it.
Then download and update spybot S&D and set it to imunise your system, also spywareBlaster and set protection.

Hello,
Please change address in tools --> options. Also, you can run anti-spyware program to get rid of spyware or other malicious programs.
