My homepage won't work

Whenever I open up explorer my homepages changes to "fastlook". I cant get it off or change it abck to the website i wasnt. Ive went under highjack log and it wont delete it. Ive also tryed to go under my internet connections and it wont change it keeps goin back to it.....can any1 help?

I did all of that and my computer is still slow......can i send you my highjack log and see if u can find somthin i need to delete?
