Solved I Am Unable To Ping My Friends IP. It Says Timed Out.

I cannot ping my friends IP even if he is surfing the net.

      Perhaps his router doesn’t allow pings or perhaps his ISP blocks them. Are you sure that he is not using NAT; that is the normal setup with a modem/router – or does he just have a modem and no router.
