|If you are using webmail - Hotmail, GoogleMail, YahooMail etc. then you must change your password to something stronger. If you are using 'normal' email, accessed through Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird etc. then you need to start by doing a full scan with your security suite. The chances are that the email addresses have already been harvested so there's little else you can do after the event.|
The addresses may also have been obtained if you are someone who forwards emails to your contacts without using .bcc, so all of the addresses are readily available to allrecipients.
