Well, since today, I go on my pc and my MSN 7.0 display pics are all deleted! And when I go to sign in my default emails are not there. Everytime I log on a website, I need to re-sign in my cookies keep deleting, aswell as my history. My web surfing experience is slower then usual and im on 100MBS DSL. Flash and shockwave sites, pages,etc.. dont work for me, nor do they load, aswell as games. Its really ticking me off.. Please help

Well I cant do a system restore, I already tried. It wont restore says something like unable to restore, no changes were made.

Anyhow, I figured out that somethings messed up with my ActiX cuz all the online scans I attempt to run don't work because of this. And this is probably causing the cookies deleting and history, etc.. what should i do

If you feel your ActiveX is messed up, delete it and reinstall. I think you can get it from M/Softs website.

If that doesn't do it, you might run some anti-spyware programs to see what you have loading into startup.I suggest LavaSoft Ad-Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, and SpywareBlaster. They are free, just Google them. Don't forget to update the indexes immediately after installing and before running them.

If that doesn't work, I suggest performing a repair install of XP "over the top". That way you don't lose your programs and data.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day;
Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime;
Then industry pollutes the water and kills all the fish.

I agree next call would be a repair install of XP, you will need the XP disc to do that.
