I have been trying to show the whole page on my computer for 3 weeks, i bought an anti-virus program defender 15 in 1 and malwarebytes but I dont see where it has helped and I dont have a virus but I dont know what to do I cant open any e-mails it automatically goes to a blank screen of microsft internet explore

I guess, you're talking about webmail at e.g. GMX, Yahoo or whatever, because of the blank page shown in Internet Explorer.
So you might have to check the security settings in IE.
Or use an alternative web browser like firefox and try again.
