i have reboot cd's and i need to know what to do to reboot my labtop. Windows 7 will not upload. do i need to get off the internet before i reboot my labtop
"Reboot" simply means to power off you computer then power it on again. I suspect you mean "restore". To answer properly we need the make and model number of your computer - each one has quite different procedures. You certainly don't want to be on the internet while doing it.
