my computer tries to conect to this

Everytime I'm working off-line, my computer tries to conect to the internet to this site:
www.irc.buy-on-line.com

I guess this is some kind of spyware or something bad, I downloaded an antivirus Avast, lavasoft Addaware, and an anti Trojan call "The Cleaner", but I can't find anything
It bothers, because If I'm in Premiere transfering video , it stops and changes to the screen of connect to the internet, so my transfer is interrupted
I'm watching the task manager, but the truth is that I don't know what process are normal, and wich one is the bad one, I'm getting paranoic.

Download and HIJACK THIS and SPYBOT and run them both in addition to using AD-AWARE
A good troajn scanner is the 30-day trial of TROJAN REMOVER from www.simplysup.com, which is good but basic. OR download the 30-day trial of the much more advanced TDS3 from
