Please post your Hijack This log please.
Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
Choose your usual account.
Once in Safe Mode, open the "SmitfraudFix" folder again and double-click "smitfraudfix.cmd"
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.
You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing " Y " and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if "wininet.dll " is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing "Y" and press "Enter".
The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't, please restart it into Normal Windows.
A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process; please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
The report can also be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

I suggest you remove NewDotNet.
Go to start> control panel> add/remove programs> and uninstall these programs:
New.Net
NewDotNet
.
If it is not listed, follow these instructions:
• From a computer that has Internet access, click on the following link: http://www.new.net/support/uninstall6_90.exe
.
• Download and save uninstall6_90.exe to the Desktop.
• Go to the Desktop and double-click on uninstall6_90.exe
• Click on the OK button.
• After removal, you may be prompted to reboot. Please reboot even if not prompted.
Next go back to add/remove programs and uninstall any of these that you find:
DAEMON Tools WhenU SearchBar
Desktop Toolbar [WhenUSearch]
WhenU CrunchGames Bar
WhenU Save
WhenU SaveNow
WhenUSave
WhenUSearch

Post a new Hijack this log.

!!!! Only run option #1 as runing the other options on an uninfected computer will damage the desktop.!!!!

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Run LSPFix as directed at this link LSPFix
Post a new Hijack This log.
Please download Dr Web CureIt to your desktop from this link ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe
Doubleclick the drweb-cureit.exe file and Allow to run the express scan.
This will scan the files currently running in memory and when something is found, click the yes button when it asks you if you want to cure it.
This is only a short scan.
Once the short scan has finished, mark the drives that you want to scan.
Select all drives.
A red dot shows which drives have been chosen.
Click the green arrow at the right, and the scan will start.
Click 'Yes to all' if it asks if you want to cure/move the file.
When the scan has finished, look if you can click next icon next to the files found:
If so, click it and then click the next icon right below and select Move incurable.
This will move it to the %userprofile%\DoctorWeb\quarantaine-folder if it can't be cured. (this in case if we need samples)
After selecting, in the Dr.Web CureIt menu on top, click file and choose save report list
Save the report to your desktop. The report will be called DrWeb.csv
Close Dr.Web Cureit.
Reboot your computer!! Because it could be possible that files in use will be moved/deleted during reboot.
After reboot, post the contents of the log on your desktop.

You are running Download Accelerator Plus – This is a download accelerator that delivers popup/popunder ads, and tracks your internet usage. I highly recommend optionally uninstalling this program. You can find safer alternatives Here.
If you decide to uninstall Download Accelerator Plus as recommended, go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and remove the following program:
Download Accelerator Plus
If you chose to uninstall Download Accelerator Plus as recommended, also delete:
C:\Program Files\DAP
Run Hijack This from normal mode and remove this item:
